The Association was chartered in 1984 for the purpose of empowering our members and affiliates with the knowledge and tools needed to serve consumers with all their real estate needs.  We uphold this mission and are dedicated to serving our members and consumers seeking real estate information in our area. 

Towns associated with the Foothills REALTOR® Association of North Carolina include: Bat Cave -  Bostic - Chimney Rock - Ellenboro - Forest City  - Hendersonville - Henrietta - Lake Lure - Old Fort - Rutherfordton - Shelby - Spindale and surrounding areas.
