The Foothills REALTOR Association of NC (FRANC) is pleased to announce Karen Powell, Director, Public Health at the Foothills Health District in Spindale will be our guest speaker at the March 9 member meeting.  The focus of the meeting will be SEPTIC SYSTEMS, however, the end of the meeting will be open for Q&A to discuss related topics of interest.
