Join us for an informative and engaging educational session with Bryan King, Chairman of the Rutherford County Board of Commissioners.

Bryan is a fourth-generation member of a family that operates one of the oldest grist milling companies in North Carolina, giving him deep roots in and a strong commitment to our community. He was first elected as a Rutherford County Commissioner in November 2014 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners for the past eleven years. Currently, he serves as Chairman and Interim County Manager.

In addition to his leadership roles, Bryan serves on the Isothermal Planning and Development Commission and the Rutherford County Economic Development Corporation, and has previously served as Vice Chairman of the Rutherford County Department of Social Services Board of Directors. Through these roles, he works closely with fellow commissioners and community partners to support and strengthen the county for all residents.
