Your Board of Directors has been engaged in thoughtful and, at times, difficult conversations about the future of our association. We care deeply about this organization and the role it plays in supporting you and our profession.

After much consideration, we believe it is important to openly explore what the next chapter could look like. Factors such as declining volunteer participation, reduced member engagement, and the evolving landscape of independent REALTOR® associations have led us to consider whether a merger with another association may be a path worth evaluating.

To be clear: no decisions have been made. This is not an announcement of a merger, but rather the beginning of an important dialogue.

• Share the current challenges and opportunities facing the association
• Discuss what a potential merger could mean
• Most importantly, hear your thoughts, concerns, and ideas for the future
